Stunning Results from the AAA NAtional Road Relays

The senior men and women produced stunning performances in the AAA of England National 6 & 4 Stage Road Relays at Sutton Park, Birmingham on Saturday 23rd October.

The women took overall gold, and first B team and first C team finishing 1st, 18th and 24th out of 74 respectively. Kate Reed ran the fastest leg of the day in 13:59 and Amy Stiles posted the fourth fastest leg. (I believe the ladies set a new course record but this is to be confirmed).

The men also produced a fantastic result, finishing just out of the medals in fourth place. With Rob Whalley posting the 8th fastest leg of the day to anchor the team home, gaining six places to move from 10th to 4th.
