Road Mile for U11 + older.  Street Sprints for U10 minimum 8 on-the-day

Promoted by Bristol & West AC & Bristol City Council (permit applied for)

Entries free subject to numbers

The races will take place in Bristol around College Green (in front of the Council House):

‘Street Sprints’ for boys & girls age under 10 & minimum age 8 on the day - not under UKA rules.
‘One Mile’ under UKA rules for U11, U13, U15, U17, U20, Seniors and Veterans (male & female).

Senior Races     1^st - £100, 2^nd - £75, 3^rd - £50; 1st U20 M/F - £25; 1^st F35 & M40 - £25.
Junior Races     RbK goods to value of 1^st - £25, 2^nd - £15, 3^rd - £10.  Course record prize - Men & Women - £50.

A session will be on-going throughout the afternoon in the middle of the green – just come and try it!

One Mile Races

All competitors should be ready early as races will be run as quickly as possible after each other.

Races may be split into heats depending on number of entries.

1:30pm – U11 Boys; 1:45pm - U11 Girls; 2:00pm - U13 Boys; 2:15pm - U13 Girls; 2:30pm - U15B; 2:45pm - U15G

Street Sprints

3.00pm - U10 B heat 1; 3:05pm - U10 B heat 2; 3:10pm - U11G heat 1; 3:15pm - U11G heat 2 (others as required)

Presentations 1

For mile races so far, as soon as possible after the last race plus announcement of sprint finalists

Break 3:30 – 4:30 during Cathedral Service

Street Sprints

4:30pm - U10 Boys final; 4:40pm - U10 Girls final; 4:55 pm – Presentations to ‘Fastest Kids in the City’

One Mile Races

5:00pm - U17W; 5:15 pm - U17M; 5:30 pm – Senior, U20 & Veteran Women; 5:45 pm - Senior, U20 & Veteran Men

6:15pm (as soon as possible after last race) - Presentations 2
