Well done to the mens team on a great bronze medal at the National Six Stage Road Relays.

The women came a creditable 8th place.

Things worked out well this year, although Christian Nicholson and Nigel Leighton couldn't run, Martin Cox was available for the first time for a while and Phil Wilie is a big talent that has only emerged (from triathlon) in the last few weeks. Robbie, Kevin and John Ward all had good runs, and Rob led the team home to win bronze medals.

The girls finished 8th, Lucy ran the fastest time in the team, even though she didn't look at her best. Heidi looked in good form on the final leg, running the second fastest time in the team.
