Congratulations to Kylie Russell on winning the Senior Girls 100. The wind caused some havoc swirling from 2.7 m/sec with to against between the heat and the final. A tremendous performance by Kylie who competes for Wessex & Bath and also competes in our Junior League team.
Katie Knowles and Tom Gibson featured well in their events competing for Cornwall and Wiltshire respectively. Tom picked up a bronze and must have hopes for even better next year.
I suspect that some athletes may have hoped to have done better. To them we say well tried and may any disappointment spur you on.
