Up & Running is Bristol's newest specialist running and fitness shop, open 7 days a week. Located in north Bristol just off the Downs, the shop is jointly owned by Nick Rose (Bristol & West AC) and Rick Wallis (Westbury Harriers / Bristol & West AC).
Managed by Sarah Herbert and with the able help of Tim Wallis (BSc Sport & Exercise Science and former Asics' technical rep), we provide expert advice and cater to those of all abilities.
