Another good day for Bristol and West at the Midland Road Relays and it was the turn of our young athletes to produce the goods. The U17 men won gold and silver went to the U17 Women. With the U15 girls and boys both just missing out and a spirited display by the U13 boys, it was another good day for Bristol and West AC. Congratulations to all those who took part.
There were also a number of very fine individual laps recorded on the day, making the top ten fastest list in their category; Katie Knowles, Bethan Davies, Ruth Mitchel, Emma Reed, Matt Paters, Nick Todd, Craig Peters, Dan Mullet and Ben Robinson.
